Product information
ISOPAD gas line heaters (IJ-GLH) are designed to control temperature to prevent medium condensation in the gas line.
Many gases used in the production of semiconductor devices condense or liquefy at low temperatures before entering the vacuum process chamber, rendering a considerable number of products unusable, as liquefied gas is injected into the vacuum chamber.
Heating the gas lines with our heaters prevents this condensation.
With ISOPAD IJ-GLH, gas lines can be heated up to 190°C, which typically provides the optimum line temperature depending on pressure and flow.

Test Results
Quick assembly due to ClipOn design and plug connectors. Perfect heat transfer with short heat-up times and constant heat distribution over the entire distance. The high power density enables in-the-flow heating.

Structure
The heating jacket with an integrated resistance heating conductor is mainly made up of two liquid silicone components. This is manufactured individually for the customer in the moulding process of the application.
